They provide confirmation of identity by social security, original source and database criminal and civil searches at the county state, federal, and international level; statewide driving histories; urine and hair drug testing; verifications of employment, education, professional license, personal reference; Financial conditions such as credit reports, tax liens, judgements, UCC’s, and bankruptcy; electronic I-9’s; ID Badges; and workman comp. IBEX helped broker the deal to closing, advising the business owner from listing through buyer screening through due diligence to the final negotitions. Located in Eudora, AR, the grocery store was established in 1966.
The redi-mix plant is located in Llano, Texas and is close to the Company’s raw material sources in and around the Llano area, being concrete, sand and gravel resources of the local suppliers. The batch plant is the only one located inside the Llano, TX market. The customer market the Company services that is located around Llano is Mason, TX to the west, Brownwood, TX to the North, Fredericksburg, TX to the south, and to the east the Highland Lake area. The Company services their respective market area with six mixer trucks to deliver their concrete. The Company also operates in the batch plant area, two rubber tire loaders for the material handling of raw materials that feeds two silos. Additionally, the Company operates two haul trucks and three trailers. The facility is located on 10 acres with the batch plant, cement and fly ash silos, offices, large repair shop, 10,000 gallon fuel storage tank, 30,000 gallon water storage tank, and sand and gravel storage.
