International Business Exchange (IBEX) successfully brokered the sale of the business Johns Oil Company in Floresville, TX on July 21, 2010 to a private individual. IBEX acted as the merger and acquisition advisor to the deal, helping the business owner list, market, wade through buyers, due diligence and a close the deal. This fuel distributor has established a very strong customer base in Wilson County servicing the businesses and agriculture market. It is a household name, and the county agriculture and industrial market have come to rely on the services the Company provides. The fuel the distributor supplies consists of gasoline, diesel, oil and oil filters. Off-road diesel with high sulphur for off-road use is one of the Company’s larger selling products. The Company purchases fuel from the pipeline in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Three Rivers, Texas. The Company operates two bobtail trucks, 92 Kodiak with 2250-gallon tank and 94 Kodiak with 1750-gallon tank. The storage tanks and buildings at the bulk plant consist of: 1 - 15,000 gallon fuel tank, 4 – 8000 gallon fuel tanks, 1 – 6000 gallon fuel tank, 5 – Marlow 2” pumps, 1 – wood warehouse, 1 – metal warehouse, and miscellaneous truck equipment. The Company operates gas and diesel pump station at the bulk plant operation consisting of 6 – pumps, 2 - 1000 gallon fuel tanks and 3 – 500 gallon fuel tank, all above ground. In addition to the bulk tank that the Company owns, the Company owns at customer sites, 11 – 1000 gallon fuel tanks, 43 – 500 gallon fuel tanks, 86 – 250 – 300 gallon fuel tanks. In addition to the tanks and pumps located at the bulk plant, the Company has two office Morgan buildings, one 12x20 and 10x20, Additional buildings include 40x60 truck shed and a 60x60 truck shed. In the sale the owner is selling his personal house on the bulk plant site property.
