Closed Deal: RAM II to a division of Gibson Plumbing

International Business Exchange (IBEX) announces the completion of the sale of RAM 2 to a division of Gibson Plumbing of San Antonio in January 2021.

Gibson, a major force in the industry was looking for an acquisition to complement its ability to expand its service to existing clients. RAM 2, with a 45 year history in San Antonio of completing on time and on budget utilities installations was the perfect fit for Gibson Plumbing. RAM 2’s expertise in utility infrastructure construction including the specific skillset of directional drilling for storm water, sewer and natural gas installations was a perfect extension for Gibson Plumbing high rise apartment and multi/single- family work.

IBEX had the sole and exclusive right to market and assist in selling the business. The team of Frank Edwards and Jeffrey Elder served as advisors throughout the acquisition process coordinating buyer/seller communications and providing due diligence guidance. IBEX was involved during the closing process, developing documentation and timelines with the buyer, seller, attorneys, and other deal professionals.
