Company engages in the sale, manufacture, and installation of windows screens/glass products for residential, industrial, commercial, and marine use. Family owned and has been in operation for 41 years. Companies strengths are: adaptable to changes in business climates, good business reputation in the community, and large repeat customer base. The business could expand into many different directions. Examples are: installing vinyl soffit and sliding, patio covers, carport covers, awnings, remodeling/carpentry, pool enclosures, manufacturing of windows, and commercial glass wall installations. No customer makes up 10% of our gross. Most revenue comes from the residential market (90%) whether it is new customer or contractors (repeat business).
Industrial and commercial (5%) will come from contractors. Few customers which account for (5%) come from supplying marine windows.
