Located in Clinton Arkansas on one of the busiest streets in town, the totally remodeled facility provides the typical Car wash services which include a drive-thru automatic wash, 3 self-wash bays, 4 vacuums, multiple car fragrance sprays, a carpet shampooer, a tire air compressor, a vending machine stocked with auto cleaning products, two-coin changers, and an ice vending machine. The facility also has security cameras throughout the premises. With no comparable competition this facility is the preferred location for both the local area residents and lake resort recreational visitors. NOTE-Due to the remodeling the revenues represented below only reflect limited operations in 2022. The owners acquired the facility in early 2022, however soon after acquisition a truck crashed into the facility, so the business wasn’t in full operation until May 2023.
