Prior to purchasing IBEX, Chuck Harvey spent 35 years as CEO, CFO and consultant to the Fortune 500, Middle Market, Mainstreet and in the Start-up community, including spending time at PepsiCo & Price Waterhouse Coopers. During that time, Chuck oversaw three dozen buy-side / sell-side transactions on three continents, including a $35M sale of a Texas digital photography pioneer to a $1 Billion Japanese conglomerate.
Seasoned professional, Mike Miller has spent 25 years as a major executive with two Fortune 500 Companies - Armco Steel, Cooper Industries & British multinational conglomerate BTR. He was responsible for global operations. He has owned and operated over 150 business transactions both on the sell-side and buy-side, knowing the in's and out's involved with closing. Mike has been Officer in many professional organizations including past President of the Texas Association of Business Brokers.
Jeff Elder is a versed professional that understands business transactions from assessment to close. Broad practical business experience & understanding his clients wants, gives him the ability to sell a wide variety of industries. Jeff has been involved in many M&A transactions involving private equity, family groups & foreign entities. Graduating from Texas A&M with an accounting degree & an MBA, he is also a member of the International Business Brokers & Texas Association of Business Brokers
Prior to IBEX, Russ Goforth was the owner and CEO of Preferred Respiratory Services, Inc. Started in Tennessee in 1994, he would later sell it to Lincare, Inc. in 2000. Prior to that, he was CEO of Preferred Medial Equipment Company, Inc. where over a five year period, Russ built a statewide organization and sold this company to Rotech Medical Corp. He understands the drama involved in deals and can help smoothly sail you through.
Frank comes to IBEX from a varied international business base. He has owned two successful business and traded Fixed Income products for US Bancorp and Cantor Fitzgerald. As an ex-military line officer with a history major and a phycology minor, Frank brings a combination of straight forward business planning experience combined with 13 years selling and corporate management skills gained at Xerox Corporation worldwide.
